FOMO Foaming Handwash Pack plus 4 tablets - Lavender

Suffering from FOMO?  Well you should be.  You do not want have ‘fear of missing out’ with our revolutionary Foaming Handwash Pack.  Goodbye to grubby, smelly, grotty and downright sickly hands and hellooooo to Fomo dissolvable lavender handwash tablets.  In this pack you will receive 1 x recyclable long life foaming hand wash bottle and 4 x dissolving refill tablets.  Equivalent to buying 4 large plastic hand wash dispensers from the supermarket, you will immediately be using less plastic and will be making a real difference to our planet.

DirectionsSimply add 450 ml of warm water to your Tea Trees Long Life foaming handwash bottle, drop in a dissolvable hand wash tablet, allow to fully dissolve (15 minutes) and voila - foaming hand wash goodness awaits!

It’s important to have a foaming handwash dispenser in order for the tablets to product a delightful fluffy cloud of bubbles – if in doubt, the Tea Trees Foaming Handwash bottle works a treat

Best of all, the FOMO Handwash system is an antibacterial handwash – it’s non toxic, gentle, feels delightfully soft (like a cloud of goodness) and smells divine.  Other benefits of Fomo include:

  • Less clutter in your cupboards
  • Less plastic entering landfill
  • More supply - a backup of handwash tablets ready when you need them
  • Non toxic solution, gentle on your home
  • One bottle – one table – dissolve – clean – repeat

What's in it?  We're all about transparancy so here's the breakdown of ingredients in simple terms.  No surprises at Tea Trees.

Sodium C14-C16 Olefin Sulphonate:               Derived naturally from coconut, it’s a strong cleansing agent with the ability for high foaming and a well-emulsifying surfactant. It is safe for use in for personal care products that mixes well with water to remove dirt, oils, and pollutants so they can be rinsed away.  It’s non toxic and is biodegradable.

Sodium Bicarbonate:                                       AKA Baking Soda, bicarb, bicarb soda.  We eat it!  It’s a mild disinfectant, absorbs musty smells and can be an effective fungicide.  It’s completely non-toxic and biodegradable.

Citric Acid Anhydrous:                                    Citric Acid comes from citrus fruits.  The ‘anhydrous’ part refers to ‘no water’ – hence it’s in a tablet!  It’s used as a preservative, is non toxic and kills bacteria, mold and mildew.  It’s considered a gentle cleaner for those with sensitive skin and is biodegradable

Polyethylene Glycol 6000:                              Peg6000 is biodegradable, doesn’t penetrate the skin, is used in many medicines, toothpaste and is considered biologically inert and safe by the FDA.

Sodium Benzoate:                                           Often used as a preservative, it’s found in some soft drinks.  Benzoic acid is a good preservative and when combining it with Sodium Hydroxide it becomes more dissolvable (important when considering our tablets have to dissolve!) Some bacteria produce benzoic acid when fermenting yoghurt!  It’s biodegradable and non – toxic as a cleaning agent.

Lactose:                                                           A sugar found in cow’s milk.  Often used in pharmaceutical applications, it aids in binding the tablet.  Non toxic and naturally occurring it aids in moisturizing the skin and is common found in shampoos and even though you won’t be ingesting it, take care if you have cows milk allergies.

Ethylenediaminetetraacetic Acid Disodium Salt: Although it’s a mouthful, EDTA Salt improves the stability of soaps and detergents and is used in eye drops and other medicines.  It’s deemed safe by the FDA, isn’t well absorbed into the skin and is biodegradable.

Fragrance:                                                           Essential Oils from Coconut

Colours:                                                               Food based natural colouring

So soft and bubbly! It leaves my hands feeling moisturised - not dried out like most hand washes. So nice after all the sanitising too

Trying to use only environmentally friendly products in our house. This is a good range, very good price. You need to use 2 pumps to get full coverage with this soap.

Can't believe how foamy this product is by just adding water. Love the plastic saving - makes so much sense.
