Shipping

Shipping is available to residents of Australia and New Zealand. We ship with Sendle – an Australian owned delivery company which selects the fastest and bestest courier company to get your order to you quick smart! Sendle is Australia’s first Carbon Neutral courier company! Upon ordering, you’ll be kept informed every step of the way and can track your order with ease (which is why we need your email address!)

PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?  No problems, we'll use Australia Post for delivery! The delivery driver will attempt to deliver in person or will leave in a safe place, but if that’s not possible, a card will be left with information about either a redelivery or pick-up option. You should receive an email updating you (if not, contact Tea Trees and we’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can arrange with the courier).

Sometimes your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post, convenience store or POPStation. Check your email as the instructions for pick up should also be included there.

How to collect from Parcel Connect or POPStore:

  1. Check the email or the card left by the driver to confirm the address of your local pickup location. It will either be a Parcel Connect (supported by Fastway) or a POPStore (supported by Couriers Please).
  2. For security reasons, the parcel can only be collected by the person to whom it's addressed.
  3. Take the collection reference number (either on the card or in the email) and a current photo ID, such as a passport or Australian driver’s licence to Parcel Connect.
  4. You have five business days to collect your parcel. After five business days, your parcel will be returned to the sender.

We guarantee to ship your order within 2 business days and depending on your location and distance from sunny Torquay, you should receive your order within a week. If you’re concerned at any stage, refer to your tracking number which will give you an update as to the order’s location. If in doubt, contact us!

Shipping Fees: Our tablet refill packs are delivered free of charge!  All other packs will be charged a flat rate of $11 per order, shipped anywhere in Australia.

Returns: We believe in our product and offer a number of guarantees to ensure you are comfortable with investing in our business. Firstly, should your spray nozzle fail, at any time, simply contact us and we will arrange a replacement. All we ask is that you send us the failed spray nozzle (at your expense) so we can determine the fault for future purchases.

Secondly, should you not be satisfied with the quality of our cleaning product, please contact us within 2 weeks of purchase and we will arrange a refund on the price of purchase. We simply require you to repackage and send back the bottles and any remaining tablets so we can conduct a review of the issue. Once received we will credit your bank account the total cost of your purchase (less the initial postage charge).
